Is this a SB collet chuck?

I picked up a 10L and it came with a collet chuck and drawbar. Are these SB items?

Looks like what is on my 10L. But not a collet chuck! That is the collet adapter and thread protector/adapter removal tool. My knob on the drawbar is marked SB.
 
What he said, thread protector, collet closer, and draw bar. They do appear to be factory pieces.

Unscrewing the thread protector will pull the closer out with it. At that point you're left with the large bore spindle hole. There should be a spanner wrench somewhere in the mix to get that loose.
 
As long as the key inside the closer is in decent shape and you have the collets, yessir.
