They really are not, in my opinion. I bought my first morse taper spindle adapter new from Miller machine, and it was under $60, shipped. That was some years ago now, but I still think this is over priced. The 5c sleeve looks like one for a D1-4 spindle, not threaded. You see these priced all over the place. They are for sale regularly. I have not paid much for one, but maybe I am cheap. I must have at least three of them for threaded spindles and one for a D1-4. I really need to go through my spares and pass some things along.

Too rich for my blood at this point though. I could use a 5c adapter for a D1-4 spindle if someone is willing to let one go reasonably.

I don’t believe those are for a Heavy 10.
There don’t look like any I have ever seen and the sizes are too big
