I've got a 1966 13 inch turret. It doesn't look like there's any way to get that extra 0.75 inch of height so I doubt it will be of any use to you, but I really don't know anything about them.

You should really contact Ted...some of these things have common upper halves with different bases...even if he doesn't have anything he can tell you what to look for.
