Single tumbler name plate for 16

I'm in need of a nameplate for a 16 south bend with single tumbler box. I've found some for a double tumbler but haven't been able to find any single. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

I have the same lathe and I found a brand new threading plate on ebay.

Might be of help to specify which single tumbler plate you need. The older machines I have seen (series O?) would start at 2 TPI, where later single tumbler 16's like mine start at 4 TPI. Also, I have two plates, one marked for cutting 27 TPI with a specific gear change. Just when you thought things were simple...
