South Bend Lathe

Hi, I am new to this forum and really not sure how to start new threads? my question is: Can any one help with this query-We have a South Bend Lathe, Serial No. 97369, which we thinks was manufactured between 1936 - 1939.We believe that some parts of the lathe is missing, ie. on the clamp on the tool mount,has any one got one of these lathe or could attach any photo's,I have some photo's of ours bit not sure how to attach them? To attach pics, use the little window in the reply box...it's the third box from the right.

that's the 7th box from the right.
(Actually maybe not depending on your system,but the box for attaching pics is the one that looks like a tree in a window)
The only way you could get anything from the serial alone was if you ordered the serial number card.
