I have a similar original order and payment plan my grand dad bought for my dad in 1948 for the 9' workshop model I still have today. I can't find the scans of the documents at the moment. I'll rescan and post later.

Yeah, but notice that's in 1929, which is right at the depression. I bet that wasn't such a grand price back then for most people...

That was in March just before the October crash. Still was a lot of money back then.

even worse of a deal if you paid for it in silver dollars back then. you can often find people paying $20 for them now, so that would make the cost over $7000.
