No.
Wrong size. Wrong number of teeth.

No . The SB9 has a 8tpi leadscrew . The SB 13 has a 6tpi leadscrew .
Well , maybe . I read that some older SB 13's had 8tpi leadscrews , but the difference in size is significant .
