They turn up for sale regularly, but you can buy a new one from Brian at Miller Machine. He makes them to suit whatever taper you need for your center. I am guessing you meant center, not live center.

The D1-4 spindle uses an extended center sleeve to make up for the extra thickness of the drive plate.
