My SN is 9026NCR8... which I understand puts it at 1948 and know what the letters are, but on the other way is B103...any clue?

Also, who do I call to get info? Alot of you have exact names and places.. I would be interested to know similar info. While rummaging around the tool box that came with the lathe, I found 2 old plastic tags on the bottom under the drawers.. the name is Joe Hubbard...Also while cleaning the tool box, found a notebook, noting the the death of his dad born March 8, 1913 and died Jan 30, 1974, and then listing birthdays of his mom and maybe siblings...just interesting stuff to me...
