WWII SB13 Motor Pedistal?

Trying to remove the pulley plate pivot from the motor pedistal. Per step 219 pic,no set screw in that location on this casting. No set screw on the motor pulley side either. There is a collar on the pivot shaft and that set screw has been loosen. No set screws visible on pulley plate either. Either the shaft is billy goat stubborn or I've missed something.

I think this was "Votech" equipment, couple coats of paint and goobered screw heads.

Well thanks for the looks guys, never did find what holds the shaft in. Did find out the babbit bearings were poured from the back of the pedistal. Waiting for paint to set, reassembly soon.
