Thread: 1/2" x 1-1/4" x 8" 6061-t6511 flat bar

I have a bunch of .5" x 1.25" 6061-T6511 flat bar that has been cut to about 8" long. The length was supposed to be -.125"/+.250". I measured a few and they were all about .040-.060" over 8". These were for a job that ended up getting canceled. They have been sitting around for a while, but if I remember correctly, these came from 3 different heat lots. I have MTRs but the lots are not separated. They weigh about 1/2 lb. each. I will sell them for $1.50 each plus shipping. I should be able to get at least 121 into a large flat rate box, maybe a few more.

Some members have pointed out that 10 will fit in a small flat rate box that ships for $5.15.

OK, I have done a little testing with Flat Rate boxes and below is how many will fit.

up to 12 in a Small Flat Rate box for $5.15
13-24 in 2 Small Flat Rate boxes for $10.30
25-95 in a Medium Flat Rate box for $10.85

UPS may be less expensive for those close to me and going to a commercial location.
