Default 8" Skinner 4 Jaw Lathe Chuck No108, 2 3/6” 6 TPI

Just put it up on EBay 290405320625
You are bidding on a 8" Skinner 4 Jaw Chuck.
It measures app. 8-5/8” Diameter and app. 2-7/8" Depth.
Center hole is 1-15/16”
The threaded backing plate is included 2-3/8" 6 TPI
It came off a 16/14 South Bend Lathe
No jaws are included.
No key or wrench included
The backing plate and chuck are center punch to aid in assembly.
Has a few nicks but seems to be in good working order, moves freely
But minus the jaws.
This chuck came with my 1938 16/26 South Bend and went to a larger chuck

Just bought a brand new one 2 3/8" 6 TPI to replace it and it screws right onto my 16/24 South Bend

I have at home a G*****y that is a real bastard. Just for home use but not a bad machine at all. However they show it as having a cam lock spindle face and it is 2 3/8 X8tpi . I have a 3 jaw and a face plate but no 4 jaw.
