Jacobs series 500 rubberflex collets
I bought a Jacobs series 500 collet chuck a few years ago, the collets set that came with it had some sizes missing, and there are duplicates of other sizes.
The sizes that are missing are: .400-.500 and .700-.800
The sizes that are duplicated are: .300-.400 and .900-1.000
If anyone has the 500 series collet sizes that I need, please let me know. Also, let me know if you have need of the collets that are duplicated. I also posted this on the South Bend forum.

Hi Bruce,
I have several sets of these collets and I'm sure I have extras of the sizes you need.
Do you want to work out some sort of trade for the Jacobs chuck we talked about?
Let me know.
Thanks, Kevin.

Kevin:
I don't have a Jacobs chuck or collet chuck that I wish to get rid of. I'm sorry if you got that impression.
I have only recently learned from reading PM threads how to properly operate my Jacobs series 500 collet chuck. I was only using the phenolic ring for tightening the collet chuck, and I was displeased that I could not get the proper tightness on the workpiece.
I discovered through the PM thread that you do the final tightening with a 3/16 allen wrench in the end of one of the screws. After 50 years being a machinist I am embarrassed. I was only used to using the Jacobs rubberflex collet chuck with the aluminum handwheel, that you did the final tightening by the hammering action built into the chuck. With my new-found knowledge about the use of the series 500 collet chuck, I became interested in using it; and on looking through the collets I became aware of the following discrepancies.
I have two series 500 collets that I don't need (.300-.400 and .900-1.000). You can certainly have these, if you wish.
I need one each of the following 500 series collet sizes: .400-.500 and .700-.800. If you have these and can spare them, please let me know the money that you would need to make this happen. Thanks for your response.
