    Buy, beg, barrow, steal, 5/8 sq. broach. Or someone to broach me some holes in aluminum.

    have you tried making one? Not difficult dependant on depth of hole

    Blake, I've got an older partial set of three 5/8" square broaches, Their numbered 2,3,&4 and only about 6"long.
    #2 starts out at .549 sq.goes to.579, #3 starts at ..545 sq. and goes to.612. #4 starts at .610sq. and goes to .626".
    Their not pristine by any means, but would probably work in a BS. job especially in aluminum.
    I wouldn't recommend them if you were building a nose cone for NASA.
    Your welcome to [BORROW]them, All three will fit in a small Flat Rate for about $5. and odd change.
