    You should post this in the( Tooling, Parts and Accessories For Sale or Wanted forum) not here in machinery. Having said that the tooling you are looking for was a system made by Weldon and used in your 4212. there is usually some on Ebay but it will take some searching to find it. Most common #30 nmtb tooling can be modified to work with the set screws.
