Default WTB : 16C Collet Block

I cannot for the life of me find something of this nature anywhere. Have any of you come across one of these. I want the same exact thing as this :

But instead of the 5c, it needs to be for the 16C Hardinge collet. I need to machine a profile into the face of a 16C emergency collet, to run a second operation on our chucker, and I have not been able to find one anywhere.

I have not seen one which is kinda strange now that I think of it....It can't be that hard to make though.

Yeah, probably not not difficult to make, but it would be more convinient to buy off the shelf rather than making, and tracking down a nut to fit and such. I find it rather bizarre that this is not a common item.

Shhhh....maybe this is my ticket to millions !!

Failing that you could put the shank of the 16C
collet in a larger collet, and put that larger one
in the appropriate collet block to do the work.

Seriously though maybe you could use an internal
expanding 5C collet to go inside the 16C one?
