Found this tucked away from when I had purchased it a while ago. Never got around to using it so I'm letting it go. This model is for what I believe are 9-11" lathes, so good for southbend or similar. I've got the case to go with it, a grinding wheel or two, and a few extra belts. Runs as it should, can get some pictures if there is any interest.
