I have a D1-2 (yup, not a D1-3 but a D1-2 as used by Holbrook and Schaublin) that I picked up w/o looking, thinking it was a D1-3. It's in really good shape with only a couple of 'extra' holes. It looks like it'd fit in a USPS small flat rate box if I pulled the pins. $50 with shipping as specified, reply in thread
