Continuing to review my 40 year collection of tools/tooling.
For sale is a Daenzer NC Turbo 7506 Swiss ultra high speed air turbine spindle, Max 60K rpm.
Speed is settable from 1K to 60K rpm. This is accomplished with a feedback loop so a varying load
does not cause a spindle runaway,such as when the tool moves in and out of the cut. Notice in images that spindle
is resting on the BT40 shank end, no vibration even at 60K rpm. Shank is a BT40, which is anchored to spindle
with 6 bolts, drill and tap your shank if you need other than BT40. Collet is 1/8" and appears to be a er style.
Has controls for lube,speed , feedback loop control rate. Has collet wrench, some other type of collet holder?
The spindle is noticeably heavy for its size,and is made of steel. It has its own suitcase for storage.
