Leaving aside the paint-spatter finish, 400 bucks asking price strikes me as a good deal. This model is the larger one (for >11" swing lathes), and the Deluxe model, meaning fully accessorized. It looks to be sensibly made and in very good condition. I have never used a Holdridge, but If I were after balls of steel, I'd buy it.
