John, Did you ever get a reply to this ? I have the attachment but no instructions either. Jon
 
If the job at hand is worth the time, clamp an angle plate to the table, indicate true with 'Y', then tram the head with an indicator mounted in the spindle of the ra head. This compensates for all the alignment issues but does consume so time. Is it worth it?
