Wanted: Hardinge Conquest T42 Live Tooling, Toolholders, Tooling Clamps

Gentlemen,

Waiting on the arrival of my new T42 and looking for tool holders, live milling attachments, and tool clamps for the slots of the front (English) turret plate:

SG-50 "Cross-working" (radial) milling attachment
SG-52 "Cross-tapping" (radial) tapping attachment
SG-54 "End-working" (axial) milling attachment
SG-56 "End-tapping" (axial) tapping attachment

SG-34 "Double Round Shank" - note: this is a special request - the newer variation with set screws at both ends. Most only have set screws toward the main spindle end of this holder.

I could fill my whole turret with just the SG-34 mentioned above and never need another holder.

Or, sigh... the SG-46 which is a single round shank with set screws at both ends (for main and sub-spindle tools)

Finally, tool-clamps for holding 3/4" shank tools in the slots in the front turret plate. Mine's missing seven (7) of them.
