There was guy on this forum who had a line of Kurt jaws he made. He also had a presence on ebay. I don't recall his name, perhaps someone else will. You might try a forum search.

That's him.
Nice thing is that he can make jaws for 3" and 5" Kurt vises, which are hard to find.

I have bought jaws from him as well for a 6 inch and 3 inch Kurt vise, excellent quality and good price!
I use Snap Jaws at work, they are a little pricey but I like their system!
