Default Looking for GC50 drive/power supply trouble shooting

Had an electrician hook up Toyoda grinder without the transformer. It took out alot of electrical components. Have got the control to come back on but the servo power supply isn't coming on. I believe it uses an internal contactor on the MC1 and MC2 terminals to pull in external coil to supply power to L1-3.
    Power supply is GC50-PSR070.

Looking for the manuals for these drives so i can try to get this thing running without having to bring factory techs in.
