    You can call the office 847-253-0340 and tell them where you are located and they will tell you who's in your area.

    Kemsley machine was the Toyoda Rep a while ago...but now I here they are factory direct. Maybe Contact Toyoda. I met a guy once regional VP for sales his name was Bill King, perhaps he could help.
