i have an ac tech mc1000 vfd 575volt 3ph 10hp drive.it is wired for remote 3 wire start stop, 10k pot for speed control.this all is working well, except the drive stops randomly without pushing the stop button.there are no drive faults showing in the fault history. if the remote control is disabled and only keypad at the drive face control is used, it still
randomly stops. motor is a 10hp leeson inverter duty. any suggestions to solve?

If it does that with no extra WIRES connected to the control port, then it may just have a fault.

If it only does that when there are wires connected, then it is probably picking up electrical "noise", and a shielded cable should help.

IIRC the MC drives will not operate without the keypad connected. My guess is that the ribbon cable from the display to the control board is loose or corroded.
