The 300HD is a static converter?
I just finished talking to customer service at Phase-A-Matic Inc, and I think they may have figured out the problem. They think it is due to a power surge, they also said that the clicking will get worse over time until it's a continuos chatter. They are sending me a resistor free of charge to put in the phase converter. My guess is that they have delt with this problem before; because they were more then happy to send the resistor free of charge
