Help needed with a WNY 7.5 HP Rotary phase converter wires missing, new purchase

I started the installation process of a brand new 7.5 HP rpc from WNY and I think I'm missing some wiring. Looking at the picture, aren't there supposed to be wires running between t1, t2 ,t3 and C A B terminals? If so, between what terminals. Tried to contact WNY directly, however they are out of office till 03/13/2018.

Here's a pic of the inside of my WNY 10 HP RPC.

The picture of my converter, looks pretty much the same as their photo of the 7 1/2 HP RPC panel that they show on their website. I'm not sure what the guage of the wire is, but it's pretty heavy.

Thank you, I got it figured out. Panel was missing two wires, t2 to C and another from t3 to A . All is working good, including my lathe.
