i got 'overcurrent' issue when i set the frequency of vfd to 50HZ and it have run for about 1hour or less. it is ok when the frequency is 35Hz. why? The load is a fan.

Depending on the type of fan, it could be that your motor is too small. At 35Hz the fan, as a variable torque load, is not requiring as much work from the motor. At 50Hz the fan is fully loaded, and any motor sizing problem is going to how up.
It could also be that the VFD is sized incorrectly. You may have a fan that is more of a consant torque load, but you bought a VFD sized for a variable torque application thinking that all fans are variable torque. They are not.

my fan is 5.5kw and vfd is 7.5kw, the fan is exhaust fan.
