Hey everyone. I have a new-to-me Startrite H250A bandsaw. It's a nice machine, auto feed, auto clamp, part counter, etc. This one came from the factory wired for 460V. I only have 230V three phase power. I know that it can be wired for 230V, but I contacted the motor manufacturers for wiring diagrams and they are not interested in providing service unless it is for new sales.

hopefully this is in the correct forum. I didn't see a place for machine hookup, and it seemed to fit here the best.

I know this is what I need to do:
1. Verify the wires can all handle double the current (460V to 230V will double current)
2. Replace overloads with 2x size (See above)
3. Rewire all 3 motors for 230V 3PH input (I need help with this)
4. Rewire or replace control transformer for the same output voltage at 230V input. (I need help with this)

I have done 1 and 2, this machine has 10GA ran to all the motors, which is plenty. It's numbers 3 and 4 that I am stuck on.

I can draw these junction boxes and terminals so they can be more easily understood, and I plan to before the day is up.
