What do you think of these phase converters?

I'm looking at a phase converter for my mill, lathe and surface grinder as I want to move them to my shop from my uncle's.
I have looked at several brands of rotary converters, but the company at the link below is not too far from me. What do you guys think of their products?

I don't think their stuff is NEMA or NEC compliant. I may be wrong but looking at the few dinky photos it looks like a few corners were cut. Grounding for example. Motor starter (with overload relay.) Not a biggie but something to know about so you can correct it if you decide to go with this manufazcturer.
