After months of phase converter problems because I was loosing voltage, The power company gave me a bigger transformer, The old transformer was a 10 KVA running ( 2 ) 200 amp services.
They just installed a 50 KVA transformer.
I hope running a 40 HP phase converter motor that runs my 20 Hp shear along with 24 lights, air compressor and several other machines and welders at the same time will work.
