Referencing the attached transformer nameplate info (which is exactly as it appears on the nameplate), can this transformer be used to step up 230 volts to 460 volts? If it can, which side should be input and which the output? The taps are currently connected H2 to H3, H5 to H6, & H8 to H9.

The side marked with the X terminals, is the LV side. It is permanently connected for 460/266 Y.

The side marked with H terminals is configurable for 230V or 460V Delta. It's currently connected for 460V, per your description. Reconnect as shown on the label for 230V Delta.

Thanks for the reply. However, Just to confirm; We should connect the jumpers per 230V, connect 230V input to the X terminals, then we should get 460V from the H terminals.
 
That's not correct. You connect the 230 to the side you configured for 230. You get 460 from the side that is permanently connected for 460.
