we are getting ready to install a new cnc lathe.
voltage requirements are 205-235 volt 3 phase.
Manufacture says 45kva transformer.
we will be running this off 480 volt buss duct.
Can I use one of the 480v delta to 208/120v wye transformers? These are cheap and available.
what type of isolation (if any) should I look for in the transformer?
If so can I manipulate the incoming taps to increase the output voltage slightly. say to around 220v?
What size and type fuses in the buss disconnect switch?
