I just purchased a Tree 2uvr that was wired 480v. I only have 240v, so I reconfigured the wiring at the motor for 240v. Now when I power up the machine none of the the motors will come on. The lights on the control panel are dim. It seems like I have low voltage. I checked and I have 240v on the all 3 legs. Is there a transformer that needs to be changed also?

Appears that you did not consider that the electrical controls expect 480V. I doubt you did any damage though.
Any control transformers need to be considered. You got a camera for pictures?
