i just wired up my WNY rpc panel from ebay to finish my 5hp 3phase converter and it works like a charm. i would like to say thanks to the owner of wny for his help on the phone and his very nicely made panel , great switches and no sparks ...

wny panel $124 + 1750rpm motor $60 = priceless parts for a long time.

Also can someone tell me if a 2-pole 30amp breaker is right for my rpc 220v input?? my rpc powers one 3hp knee mill. thanks

If you are that pleased, why not put in a shameless plug for ebay seller "wnysupply" or even post a link:
http://stores.ebay.com/wny-supply-phase-converter

No connection or knowledge of this supplier at all! I had never heard of a "wny" phase converter and didn't know if it was a type, style, manufacturer, or whatever. I had heard of "delta" and "y" in describing 3-phase wiring, and had even heard of a "Fitch-Williams" design of phase converter - but didn't know squat about a "wny" phase converter.

As Paul Harvey says "...and now you know the rest of the story"
