Hello- I am having trouble with programming this VFD. It is on a Laguna wood bandsaw. 5hp, 3600 rpm motor.
Max Hz was set to 60. I want to go 90Hz. I downloaded the manual, and I am having a heck of a time.
Initially, when I hit Start, it goes to 90Hz, but if you move the speed pot, it errors out, saying current too high.
I have programed maybe 30 or more VFDs in my time, but this one is not cooperating.
What I tried...

F00 Data protect off = 0
F03 Max Freq = 90 (was 60)
F04 Base Freq = 60 (90 did not work)
F07 Accel Time = 5 sec
F08 Decel Time = 5 sec
F15 Freq Limiter High = 100 (was 70)

All other values are default.
All programed motor data is from the nameplate.
Only thing I have not played with is Current Limiting F43.

Other Q's, How can I do Free Run Stop?

I would call tech support, but it is INDIA, Uggh!
Could anyone familiar with this VFD help me?

I tried every link on the net, and could not load the AF-300 Mini users guide. It looks like the AF-300 G11 docs are similar (the Fundamental Function numbers are identical to yours), and this is based on that information:

It looks to me that Function F04 is causing the problem.

This function sets the maximum output frequency in the constant torque range of Motor 1 or the output frequency at the rated output voltage. Match the motor rating. Note: If the value of Base frequency 1 is set higher than that of Maximum output frequency 1, the output voltage does not increase to the rated voltage. The maximum frequency limits the output frequency.

Try setting F04 to 90, just the same as you set F03 to 90. That looks like the cause of the problem.
