Indexing Head Identification

I am a new member to this forum (just retired) and am trying to identify this indexing head that I inherited with my Dad's tools. As you can see, the indexing is done by rotating the chuck and using the spring loaded pin behind the chuck to create the proper spacing. It also rotates 90 degrees on the large trunnion. The chuck is a 4 1/2" Union Mfg. Co model but that is the only marks on the tool except for some numbers stamped on the trunnion that read:

295
6
3113

The unit is very tight and works smoothly but I want to disassemble to remove the old grease/oil, etc. Any information on this tool would be much appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. Don't know where the indexing head is on this site to rotate the photos correctly. Ha!

Hey Chief, welcome to PM.

You've posted this on the Woodworking forum, doesn't look like a woodworking tool to me. Suggest trying the General forum, you'll get much more viewers.
