Especially the part about a title must reveal what your subject is about, as specifically as possible.
You might be able to dream up a more suitable title than I applied to your post, but your original "Machinist needed" title belongs in the help wanted forum, not here on wood.
Woodworkers who are machinists are often more receptive and insightful to other woodworkers problems or can reccomend who is, so I'll leave this up here. However, you might get better readership posting it in General. Or the Manufacturing Resource forum.
