Just finished a new cope jig for my shaper. I used Blanchard ground 5/8 plate aluminum for the work surface. The Bessey toggle clamp was leaving marks on the parts. So I added piece of pine to eliminate the problem. At the far end of the pine I have a soft rubber cylinder that holds the end up but compresses when the toggle is pressed.

Also made a new dust cover its working better than the old one. It's made out of Baltic birch 1/2. In addition, I made a new aluminum plate to mount the dust cover which is tapped to recieve the T handles. The aluminum fence is adjustable with slots to provide the right offset for the raised panel cutter.
There is a limit stop to allow fast placement of the rails to the cutting plane. The aluminum extrusion is notched to allow for a waste piece of cherry to backup the exit cut.

This setup is designed to allow coping and a raised panel cutter to work without changing the elevation of the cutter. The raised panel height was set first. Then the cope cutter was set to the proper height related to the 5/8 plate and was set with a digital height gage. Using the corrugated cutter head made this easy to adjust.
Regards Barry
