Who makes an angle drum sander like this?

I caught this in a video that offered no other information. I managed to get a couple screen shots but I'm sorry I couldn't do better. I've been googling and coming up empty handed. The green color reminds me of Metabo but they offer nothing like this. The tool in the video appears to be cordless. I haven't even found a source of the expanding rubber mandrels and sleeves, I'd like to find them too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The video link doesn't work for me, but Proxxon makes some similar looking tools. But not cordless.

CS Unitec makes 110 volt and air powered versions.

and Metabo does make a cordless model, although I think it would only really be good for touch up on job sites.

It's a little guy, about 1" diameter. The Proxxon is the right proportion, but I still need to find the expanding drums and sleeves, the drumm seems to attach directly onto the tool, there doesn't seem to be room in there for a collet held shank.

the one in the picture is, I am almost sure, this Bosch.

not sold in USA. You can undoubtedly order one from english ebay- and shipping probably wouldnt even be that much.
However, I wonder if they are 240 volt? not sure about current UK voltages for hand power tools.

Thanks Ries, That must be exactly it.Now to find something to serve the same purpose, perhaps the Proxxon is a good place to start, or just rig up a transformer.
