i have overrides for G0 and G1, but not for the spindle revs... maybe i should take a look at the varispeed manual, maybe there is a possibility

@ the philips 432 control you press MDI while program is running, before the next line it stops and you can add commands, for example change S from 2500 to 2000, return to auto mode, press start again and it continous.

That dude made him self a tool to measure the size, he sets the top slide to 1.5°
But its a HBX360. I dont know if the 725 has the same angle...

congratulations ! the schaublin 150 is one of the best lathes i have ever worked on. it conjures top surfaces even in shitty material. operation, a dream.
