Luckily they even offer it as an option. We probably have 300+ sets of pads across S-20 thru S-30, I couldn't imagine buying the quick change collets to replace all of them.

+1 for Acra. We still have one in our shop, but sold our 16x40 in favor of a Leblond Regal servo shift (turns out that was a bad restoration unit...). Us guys on the floor who were running it every day hated to see it go.
Timberland. I like their Helix 6" work boots, but I have also had pretty good luck with their work shoes as well. 6'2 310lbs and they last me 18 months or close to 2 years. I have spent many 15+ hour days in them and they suit me fine. Your mileage may vary.
