Oh yeah, there's also a Kysor-Johnson,10" horizontal band saw that's available. Ran when I bought it, needs guide bearings, partly disassembled for cleaning (just removed covers and vise, main machine is still together.- blackboat

Computer set up between office, machine, and anyone using Imacs for cad/cam?
I run an Imac at home. I use Bootcamp to run Windows XP, and use that for working from home, drawing mainly in Autocad and some in Inventor. If I'm not working at home I boot up in the native OSX for personal email, web surfing, etc. I run Open Office on the Mac side, Windows Office on the XP... -

Odd Hendey T&G drive?
Looks like the early style PIV drive, which is sort of an all-steel Reeves drive utilizing a chain. I have one of the early 18" lathes and it looks identical to your drive. I'm assuming the prime mover is located directly behind the gear box you show. Makes for a simple motor swap if needed...- blackboat

Straight vertical mill, although it does have a sliding ram in the Y direction that differentiates from a similar small Cinci or K&T vertical. Awesome video of workers on 1700 foot Antenna
At least in the latest version of the video, it does make mention of OSHA having provisions for free climbing. I can see how it would slow things up a lot having to hook on and off every step or two. Doesn't look like a bad climb with all the handholds/steps there for the purpose. If you look... -
Old drill presses and the "arc of shame"
I've got one that'll match or beat the OP's; totally arced across, only the ribs holding it together and the ribs are partly drilled to boot. Plan had been to put a piece of 3/8" plate on it, and pay attention here, leave the plate overhanging on at least 3 sides by 1" so parts could be clamped...- blackboat

Well, 16.115" is just as legal as 24", though I'd plan carefully so I didn't face anything too much. Mostly though, I'm curious about the ad mentioning Navy Arms, as in WTH were these for?
