Speedio S700X1 Rapid Override to slower AND Tool Change Results in Low Pressure Alarm

I changed the 25' line from the tank to the machine from 1/4" to 3/8" per Frank's suggestion. It fixed the issue for all rapid override positions. As far as not liking going fast, I went with this machine for my engineering prototyping lab because of its compact overall size compared to work...

Speedio S700X1 Rapid Override to slower AND Tool Change Results in Low Pressure Alarm

20Ga @ 90PSI dedicated supply tank next to cnc. No other equipment using it. Main inlet regulator set to .55MPa (.4-.6MPa are the green limit indicators at the dial). Spindle air purge regulator set to .03MPa (.03MPa is the green indicator on the dial). Limit switch at top set to .3MPa. 4/5 on...

Speedio S700X1 Rapid Override to slower AND Tool Change Results in Low Pressure Alarm

On my Speedio S700X1, when I have my rapid override set to anything less than 100% AND I do a tool change, I get a low pressure alarm. Is this normal? Is there something I can do about it? For most of my 1 off prototypes I'd prefer to just leave the rapid override to 3/5 or 2/5. I don't need...

Speedio s700x1 Tool Height Offsets (and Haimer 3D Taster) - Confusion

The machine has the brother C00 control. The CAM for the part had G54 Z zero set to top of stock. (Top face, left face, back face of stock is my G54) To teach the machine where G54 Z zero is, I set the Haimer probe to top of stock until it reads zero on the Haimer gauge. The tool length offset...

Speedio s700x1 Tool Height Offsets (and Haimer 3D Taster) - Confusion

I'm having problems with my z axis position on my speedio s700x1. I have not made a part on it yet. I set a haimer probe on my speedio in T20. I set the tool length offset for T20 to 5.2XXX" (in data bank --> 2. Tool Data --> 1. Tool List --> T20 Tool Length Offset ) I jogged the spindle w/...

    WTB: Brother Speedio S500x, S700x, S1000x 10k or 16krpm spindle

5th axis would be out of my budget. Might go for a 4th axis though. Can't do an R450x.

    WTB: Brother Speedio S500x, S700x, S1000x 10k or 16krpm spindle

I'm interested in buying a brother speedio (S500x, S700x, S1000x) with a 10k or 16krpm spindle. I live in the SF Bay Area of California.
