I started my career out at The Monarch Machine Tool Company in Sidney, Ohio in 1987 after graduating from Tri-State University. I worked there as a design engineer in the new product development group for 10 years. I then worked for W. A. Whitney for 6 years in Rockford, IL. After that Woods Equipment Company for 4 years, and the 4 years at Ingersoll Machine Tool here in Rockford.
