  • Thanks for the kind words on the tread. Was trying to be as PC as I could and give a little jab without being labeled...I think if your going to work in a shop, you've got to have some skin thickness built up. Have a good one.
Your question was valid as War is a terrible thing. I do believe sometimes we must go to war. It is not fun so I have heard. Best regards,Spinit
    Hey Swisskid,

I just now noticed your message... Thanks for that. I think 37s is top notch if you could achieve it.

I've since partnered with a swiss shop up in north GA who is running my parts for an excellent price. He using using thread mills to get the cycle time down. I'll have to ask him what he got it to and update the post.

Do you have a bs20? I can't hurt to know someone elsewho could run the parts.

    Thanks,
    Rob
Greeting I was going through old posts to see what I could find about sliding headstock machines. I came upon your thread where you put a print asking for cycle time. I ran some number and using some multifunction tools I figured a cycle time of of 37 seconds per part on a tsugami bs20. Though I could not find a tolerance on dia. or surface finish requirements. Just what i came up with.
