The M29 for some reason run the cycle with no problem, but when I erase M29 and leave just S2000 the machine alarms.
Makes no sense to me though, because G84 is the tapping cycle that are supposed to run the complete cycle in that lane.
Thank you for pointing to the parameters, I'll defiantly...
Hey guys, thank you all for replying to me.
I have this resolved. Turned out that the code should look a little different, the code example below just in case someone will find himself in the similar situation.
Machine: DMG Mori DMC1035V Ecoline 2015, M730B Mitsubishi control with MAPPS...
I tried with no M3, when S200 inside cycle (alarms that spindle rotation command was given during rigid tapping cycle). If I erase S200 it’s not running because there is no command for the spindle now. Doesn’t make sense..
Hey guys. It is Mitsubishi M780B control. The tapping cycle is G84 on these controls.
It's alarming actually about spindle related something.
I'm attaching the photos of the screen with the alarm and the descreption.

Thank you again for all your help, I love this place and y'all.
Hey guys.
I got Mori Seiki DMC mill, it's 4 axis machine.
Anybody knows how to change parameters in Mitsubishi control for A axis?
When F speed is commanded all other axes moves with the commanded speed, but A axis moves like 10 times slower or so.
I assume it's something related to degrees per...

As VTM said, there is a breaker (contactor-breaker) for the hydraulic unit, look at the electrical ladder which should be in the book with your machine, and find this breaker number. See if it tripped off, turn it back on and see what happens when you turn the pump back on again. If it will trip...
Obviously this is a mechanical issue, and spindle disassembly much faster then go back and forth on the forum.
I'd go remove it, and all questions will be answered right away.
