I noticed we have a forum for CNC Machining related stuff
I'm going to build a 4' x 3' or even a 4' x 4' CNC router with the primary function of wood but would like to build it strong enough so I can CNC aluminum plate...Something that won't break the bank with everything...$3K-$3500
I'm going...
I may be interested in the steady rest...But I would like to get more information on it...Size, whos brand, width to confirm it will fit my lathe...If its all good I'll take it
Thanks
Paul
I have some drills I cant use since mt tail stock is MT3
I figure the MT5 drills would be worth $25 plus shipping
The MT4 drills $20 plus shipping
Would consider better price for somebody if they want all
I have shipped several drills across country and got 4 or 5 in a flat rate box for $20...
Clausing 5914 Lead Screw | eBay
Another thing is call Clausing and see if they have a new one and cost...
Also find out which other models have the same Lead screw so you can see if there are any out there not specific to the 5914
Perhaps the smaller versions with the 36" span will be the same...
I may be interested in the chuck
I'm new at understanding what allot of the true meaning equate to...
I have a L00 for the chuck portion
Is this the same? 1-3/4 ×8 tpi
Can you show the other side of the chuck to get a visual...Thanks
Paul
