Hi there Yoyo,
I have got your name from searching Practical Machinist for information on Leinen LZ4S lathes as I have just bought one. I wonder if you can help?
There is a square headed screw on the lefthand side of the carriage in addition to the cheese headed one mentioned in my copy of the manual (actually a MLZ4S manual). I have turned this screw too far and it has become disengaged and wont re engage. Can you tell me anything about this screw?

Unfortunately the manual isn't very pretty. I might have used Word to make the pdf.

I have the scan tiff's and a Pagemaker file of it in very good quality - but I don't
suppose you can use those - if you want I'll have to see, if I can make a pdf somehow.
